3D-Animation meets Media Lab Bayern

20151204_1243213D-Animation meets Journalism at Media Lab Bayern

Lina Timm, program manager of Media Lab Bayern invited the students of our course “Practical course 3D-Modeling with Blender” to their new facilities in Munich.

We were introduced to four fellowship partners and listened to their interesting project pitches. In a short workshop our students could work out two ideas for interactive game applications to get 3D technology and journalism a little bit closer to each other.

Toast Story
Idea, production and post production: Moritz Bader, Katharina Frison und Stefanie Schreiner

“What exactly is going on in a toaster? This project tries to figure out function, elements and relations. In the end every spectator should know, what happens inside a toaster and how toasted bread gets brown and crispy.”
